Straightening/Curling Weird Hair Help

okay I have weird hair and recently I'm out of control! my hair is very very thick and it flicks at the end. never straightens completely. recently the underlayers of my hair is curly. perfect ringlets but only parts of the underlayers it only just happened about 7 months ago no idea why, it looks terrible and I always tie my hair up I miss having it down, does anyone else have this problems and does anyone have any advice?

When you straighten your hair curl the flicks under. & try a smoothing cream.
