I have them both. Hoola seems a little more cool tone and chocolate is more warm.. It kind of depends on your preference! I'd say chocolate for all around bronzer and hoola if you're looking to contour

I've only used the Too Faced Chocolate Soleil bronzer and it's amazing, it's a bit on the cooler side so it isn't as orange as some other bronzers but still adds the perfect amount of color to the skin (:
