Washing your braids will make them look older quicker so I suggest you wash when you really need to. The itching is normal just go to your local beauty supply store. They have sprays just for box braids that help stop the Itching. Lol also sleep the a bonnet so your hair last Longer mama. Your beautiful btw ☺💕

Awh thanks! I appreciate it. It was driving me nuts because o hasn't washed my hair for a few days before I even braided them and they were just ugh.., feel a lot better though! Yay!

Thanks ladies!! I did not, just because my hair was not dry and tends to get oily a lot at the roots. I think it was just a lot of product build up because of the product I usually use on my naturally curly hair (Sheamoisture products) and the jam they used to seal the braids.
I washed my scalp last night and I feel a lot better!
