How often should I use nail oil on my nails for them to grow healthy?

If you are looking for growth/strength/health use as much as possible. I use an oil at least twice a day.

I use Burts Bees Lemon Cuticle and Nail Butter every night :) so far I've gotten amazing results. My nails are growing strong and my cuticles look great.
