I HIGHLY suggest the Lorac Pro palettes! I have both and they're my holy grail palettes! They have an even mix of matte and shimmer shades and have neutrals with a few fun colors. They're perfectly pigmented and blend beautifully (:

I suggest the too faced palettes I have mostly all of the permanent line and love them, I would really look into the chocolate bar palettes if you want something bigger, urban decays palettes are great as well, the it cosmetics natrually pretty celebration palette is great if your looking at mattes, if you want to splurge I would go and makr your own mufe palette or get a marc jacobs palette, you can also make your own urbam decay palette, the palette which you willbput the shadows in is $10 just the shadows are a lil experience but the quality is defenitly worth it.

I went to go swatch them at ulta and I was amazed!
far more pigmented than the too faced palettes, too faced and naked are overrated imo.

I agree with all lorac palettes. The formula is super creamy and very blendable. I also agree with Les that the UD and Too faced palette are super overrated. I have Naked 2 & the first chocolate bar and I rarely use them. but that's just me.

I love Too Faced palettes! I have the cat eye palette and the original chocolate bar palette and I just ordered the new natural matte palette! I have access to the first natural palette and I'm always using the first row (the mattes) so it made sense for me to get that. I use my naked1 palette the most. The Stila noveau neutral palette is gorgeous and has a nice mix of shimmers and mattes, including kitten.
