I've posted this a couple times already, first time it wasn't answered (my fault oops) and second time it was deleted for some reason.
Anyway, I really want to dye y hair blue and I was thinking about using Special Effects, I don't know whether it's safe for relaxed hair our not.
I plan on dying it in the beginning or mid- April (last time I relaxed it was in mid-February). If you think I should wait longer key me know.
Um, so yeah is it safe for relaxed hair??

I don't think you're allowed to post the same thing lol, I don't know if it's safe or not, manic panic and directions should be because they aren't damaging, I'm no expert tho😂 try asking a hair dresser or someone in a hair shop place😂 or try a little test patch?

I've tried Manic Panic before and it didn't work. But thanks anyway.
