When I get acne I pick and pop them which left me with brown acne scars, any suggestions how to lighten them or get rid of them?!

I'd stop picking, which I know can be difficult. Peels help dramatically so you may want to consult a licensed esthetician at a neaby, reputable spa and using Vitamin C serum will brighten your complexion. Look for one with ascorbic acid as the active ingredient..as those are most effective.
