It could be numerous things. I would soothe it with aloe vera and if that doesn't work, go get it checked out. It could be as minor as just getting red in the face (like I do all the time in those areas, natural redness) or a bug bite or as serious as a health problem or using old makeup and giving yourself a rash.

Try putting an antihistamine cream on or hydrocortisone :) I hope it goes away soon.

If it's very itchy if assume it's a bite try not to itch it and I agree with angeline put some antihistamine cream on it

Could be from anything really. you probably came into contact with something that upset your skin I get that all the time. put some ice or a cold towel on it to stop the itching and try some 100% pure aloe vera gel (refrigerated).
