I see people with customized nails on Pinterest, tumblr, etc. but how do they do them? Do they just show the person doing their nails a picture and they copy the picture? Would it cost the same amount as nails that are just in the salon?

Yes you can take a picture to them and if they can do it, they'll go off of the picture :) And normally it depends on where you go, and how intricate the design is, like @Mariana said :) If you call and ask or go to them and ask they should be able to tell you whether or not they can do it and the cost :) Xx

Yes you can just show them a picture. it will always be an up charge, it just depends on how intricate the design is and cost of the services in general. My nail tech is amazing so I personally just let him choose designs for my nails so that's always an option.
