Agree with alexis, that usually helps me when I do my own nails(:

Ugh that never helps me! I always use a base coat and a top coat. And no matter what polish, it chips! Try to put a swipe of your base/top coat on the top of your nail after to seal it in?!

Use a base coat to protect your natural nails. Use 3 coats of the color because by the picture the color looks a tad bit thin. Then use a fast drying top coat.

I loved Sinful colors collection! But when I went to replenish my 'dream on' it's so thin compared to what it was. I took a few drops of white nail polish and thickened it up a bit. Although it didn't chip right away, it did not last nearly as long as it did before the formulation changed. Also, my first bottle, it dried fast and matte, to the point you needed a top coat.
Now I tried it with a base coat with the second bottle and it chipped far sooner than when I went without the base coat, but I still used a top coat!
As everyone else stated with using base/top, you'll have to see what truly works for you.
