Another option might be like a size 0 at Torrid which is like a baggy extra large, I have some shorts and t shirts from them that I love.

Stand straight, push your shoulders back, and push your tummy inside. I would suggest Zara, the reason is because their clothes, while trendy, are still more on a classic side that I form fitting. Also, you could try H&M, they have some nice outfits there as well. I wouldn't recommend forever 21 because their clothes tend to be more on a boho chic side and such clothes are more loose.
