First off, sorry if this is in the wrong category. Second every single summer I get a rlly itchy prickly heat rash which gets even worse when I itch it. I've been to the doctors and they said take antihistamines and I do every single day when it's sunny but I still find it impossible not to itch has anybody got any good tips to stop or calm down the heat rash and itching, thanks xx

Use aloe vera and when I get heat rash I wet a washcloth with cold water and press it to my skin to help cool it down (:

I do the same thing!
I find that aloe cools my skin faster than other ointments.
