So I've been using it for a couple of days now and I've noticed that I can't see the bristles moving or feel them moving. I can hear it when it's turned on but it literally feels like the brush is just sitting on my hand not moving. you can't even feel the difference when I change from low to high. should I return it? I'm sure the one in the shop I tried I could feel it moving on my skin.

The brush itself doesn't really move, per se, it sends sonic vibrations into your skin to loosen dirt and unclog pores. You have to do the moving yourself. I personally run mine in circles over my skin while I use it, and it works fine for me.

As Hannah said, the brush head itself doesn't actually rotate or move, you have to do that yourself. You should be able to feel the brush vibrate, because that's the sonic pulses. So if you can't feel it vibrate then return it, but otherwise it's working properly :)

Yeah I definitely couldn't feel it vibrating. I went back like ten minutes later and I could feel it when I put it on my hand and I definitely couldn't when I tried it before that so I'll see how it goes and maybe return it if it continues. thanks :)

Ya you should only feel it vibrate. if you don't, it's because your brush head may have come loose! when you put it on you should hear a snap, then you know it's secure!!

Yeah it was definitely snapped on because I had just cleaned the brush head. It seemed to go okay this morning so hopefully it continues to be fine thank you :)
