So my hair is grey how I wanted it but my roots are red what can I do to tone them down? Please help 😩

Whenever you want to get rid of any unwanted tones in your hair, just think about whatever color is across from the undesired color in your hair on the color wheel. Green is straight across from red on the color wheel, so in your case, it's best to go with an ash-toned color.
I suggest lightening your roots (please be very careful with this, I recommend having a professional do it. Putting lightener on your scalp is not something to play around with!). Once your roots have been lightened to the palest blonde you can get, I would ask your stylist to tone your roots with a level 10a (ash) & level 10v (violet) permanent or demi-permanent color. This should get you to your desired shade. :)

Bleach your roots! It will only need one bleach probably if it's Virgin hair. Then tone your hair with silver shampoo. Xx

I think your best bet it to listen to Danielle's advice. She's seems to really know what she's talking abut when it comes to hair!

Danielle is correct :) And heed her advice about not doing it at home! If you don't know what you're doing, it could hurt you! :) Good luck Dear!
