Mac, you can't. And Elf you can find at Target. Any other drugstore makeup like Revlon, Maybelline, Rimmel, Covergirl, Almay, Phycisians Formula, Wet N' Wild, NYC, you can find at Walmart.

Elf is at target and I've seen it at Sears ironically. M•A•C can be found on free standing stores, or department stores.

Target is the main carrier for ELF cosmetics. You can only purchase MAC in Mac stores or Mac stands in department stores, like JcPenny.
