You need at least a cleanser and a moisturizer that's specifically for dry skin.

If you have dry skin you should also have a good moisturizer,I recommend the neutrogena oil free moisture with spf 15.
As for cleanser and toner, the CeraVe hydrating cleanser & Physicians formula toner for dry to very dry skin (which you may have to find online) work great for me:)

No matter your skin type you should use a toner to restore your skins pH level, unless the products in your skincare regimen are naturally pH balanced like Dermalogica. Also, no matter what your skin type is its best to not only have a cleanser and toner, but also a good moisturizer, as well as exfoliant and masque. Depending on your price range I'd be happy to suggest products for you

I have extremely dry skin, and the Dickinson witch hazel works wonders, some people say don't use it but I love it.

At night I've been using the Josie Maran Infinity Creamy oil. I absolutely love it. My skin is so soft and smooth when I wake up, in the morning I cleanse and put the Josie Maran Argan oil light and let it soak in before any of my other skin care items...this has almost completely eliminated dry patches.

Using moisturizers, toners and cleansers that are intended for dry skin are highly recommended. Try to find the ideal brand for you. You might also wanna try using the Way skin care device. My mom purchased one for me from Indiegogo and I just couldn't wait for its arrival in November! I love the stylish design and color (mine is gold), but the best part of it is that this gadget analyzes the environment and weather you're in, then provides skin care tips and advice on how to care for your dry skin. Very revolutionary - a must have! Hydration is also a very important factor.
