Usually I don't have a problem with my lashes, but lately every mascara is just "bleh" I don't hate any of them, but I don't love any of them either..

key points:

> I am looking for a mascara that's voluminous and adds some length.
> I am almost 14 so I need a mascara that's 14 year old budget friendly lol.
> good eyelash curler that will hold a curl for a long time. (again..budget friendly)

your techniques for applying it?

I would love to hear your techniques for applying mascara because I really want my lashes to look natural, but still be more oomph if you know what I mean (;

At the moment I'm absolutely blown away buy the Maybelline Lash sensation mascara (The light pink tube). I havent touched my holt grail Better than sex mascara since I got the maybelline one!

It gives so much lenght, a good amount og volume and the wand seperates your lashes so perfectly! Only con is that there's a lot of product on the wand so you have to take some time to wipe the want of!

I've been using MAC false lashes mascara ($22.00) and Clinique lash power feathering mascara ($17.50)! these are both expensive but they're worth the extra money. the only drugstore mascara I like is wet n wild mega length ($1.99).

using a eyelash curler beforehand and wiping any access product off on a tissue makes a big difference too.

I am about to turn 14 too and my favorite volume and length mascaras are they're real benefit mascara which is a little pricey, the Clinique double lash mascara which is also pricey but works wonders, and the drugstore one I like is the maybelline the rocket. The rocket mascara is almost like the they're real benefit mascara.hope this helped😋

@Sabrina K. thanks for the suggestion!! I usually have to do that with all my mascaras anyway so it wouldn't be a big deal lol! I am going to look into that one (:
@Jasmine N. thanks for the tips! I would love to splurge on a mascara, but I don't have the money to unfortunately ): I buy all of my school supplies and I'm currently redoing my room.. thanks for the suggestions though! I will check out the wet n wild mega length (:

For drugstore, I would recommend the Jordana Extreme Lash mascara (purple & black tube) and for high end, the Lancôme Hypnose Drama is my baby! Both give great volume and length, although with the Lancôme one, you tend to achieve this look whilst using less product (so it lasts quite a bit longer).

Pumped up mascara by maybelline is nice. If you put a nude eyeshadow on before your mascara, if you mess up its easier to wipe off! A eyelash brush helps a lot too

I'm already a huge fan of mary kay (: I have there $95 pink timewise skincare set for dry skin and then I also have a couple products aside from that which range from $22-50 each (: I have also tried their lash love mascara and it's just eh for me. it gets dry and if I try applying hot water to make it wet, it gets too wet and just smudges everywhere. thank you though (:
