Hey lovely :) so I'd recommend Covergirl's Outlast 3-in-1 foundation! It has amazing staying power but doesn't feel cakey on the skin! It also has a pump so that's another added plus :)
For powder, Rimmel's Stay Matte is the best powder I've ever tried. I use the two products together and I never have to reapply or use oil blotting sheets throughout the day!

Estee Lauder double wear foundation is also a good option. I have oily skin too. I don't use powder though, I just blot when it's needed. I discovered that the less product I apply on my face, the less my skin acts up. I'm sure it's different for everyone, but I've been always struggling with oily skin and searching for the right product. These days I only use bb or cc cream after applying a very small amount of face cream. When I do use powder, it's either from a Korean brand called innisfree or from kryolan.

The bb cream is also from a Korean brand called Missha. The cc cream is from lioele.

I have very oily skin. I use mineral powder foundation from Mary Kay. I also use their oil absorbing tissue throughout the day. It works wonders and doesn't take off too much makeup! Let me know if you want to try the product! I swear by it.
