I don't know how to find the right foundation skin color because my forehead is darker then my cheeks.

Have you tried going to a cosmetics counter or into a Sephora? Either of those places can help you find the correct shade. Sephora even has this little machine, I think they call it the Color IQ, they use it to take pictures of your skin in 3 different places and the machine tells them what your best matches are. I highly suggest doing this if you can get to a Sephora, it helped me get on the right track for finding my perfect match.

The foundation should match to your neck & the rest of your body, so just make sure it blends well with your neck.
