What to wear with this skirt?

(This isn't a picture of me). I bought this gorgeous sheer blue skirt but I have no idea what kind of tops to wear with it? Do you have any ideas?

I would wear a fitted top with it since the skirt is loose. Maybe a white or black top with a statement necklace with little accents of blue in it. And if it's chilly you can add a denim jacket. And some sandals. I would wear gladiator type sandals so they would show.

A white or black tank top tucked in with gladiator sandals would look cute. I like Julissa's idea of a denim jacket over it :)
