Nude pallets are always a great place to start in my opinion but I'm sure some other girls will have better suggestions on what ones to buy.

I say the best palette for beginners is the Kat Von D shade and light eye palette. It's all matte and has some cool-neutral-warm shade. The shadows are also already paired up with complementary colors so it's super easy to create looks with. After you get more into makeup and see what kind of shades you like, you can get a palette that focuses on specific colors.:)

I love all urban decay naked palettes I suggest the first one(:

it's so pigmented, blends beautifully, all matte, which I personally like) and the colors are gorgeous.
I recommend this palette to anyone ☺️
personally I wouldn't recommend the naked palettes because mostly all the colors are shimmery and aren't pigmented.
that's just my opinion though.

Kat von d all the way! but for drugstore, the covergirl quads are really good, maybelline's color tattoo, & the nudes (needs a primer however). & for brushes, elf, eco tools, & real techniques (drugstore) or the sigma brushes are really good! I also love mac brushes for the eyes, my favorite blending brush is the 217. I think that's what it's called

Good quality but cheap brushes are real techniques! You can get them at ulta. They are around 8 bucks each I have their blush brush and I love it!!:)

You can't go wrong with the naked palettes, a little pricey but you can definitely use them everyday and you'll get a good use out of it. Nyx, Elf, and maybelline also have pretty good dupes of the naked palette , definitely check them out :))
