I love the Loreal Infalliable Pro Matte.. my face isn't extremely oily but this does do a good job at keeping me matte, and you can use the powder that goes along with for extra matte-ness..

Kat Von D lock it foundation. A little pricey but it's my favorite plus it's full coverage and a little goes a long way.
