I've had these skin colored bumps along with oil located around my T-zone. I've tried everything but they won't go away and now it's starting to spread. Any suggestions?

Have you tried switching your soap. I switched mine to neutrogena it's a bar of soap it's oil and fragrance free. it worked really well I got it at right aid

Maybe switch to a gentler soap or different makeup.

What are you using and what have you tried? When it comes to skin care I say to go ahead and spend a little more on higher end product. Which really when you think about it you end up spending less money because the product usually last longer than drugstore (I am using Philosophy Clear Days and one bottle lasted me about 8 months and thats using it twice everyday) and it works better so you aren't spending your money on multiple products that aren't working. I know its expensive but the best thing that worked for me is Clarisonic. I've had mine for 3 years and it worked better than going to a dermatologist multiple times. I can give you more info on the Clarisonic if you want, but I highly recommend investing in one, I have definitely gotten my money's worth out of it.

I use st Ives face scrub and a nuetrogena face wash

St Ives will ruin your skin!! The scrub creates micro tears in your skin, you won't notice it immediately but overtime it really will damage your skin. I recommend trying Murad's Clarifying Cleanser! I also love their toner and I think it would help you a lot. I had some bad acne a few years ago and Murad really helped it clear up. Make sure you never go to sleep with makeup and wash your face every night and morning. I also do think getting a Clarisonic would really help you. I understand its expensive but its the best thing I have ever done for my skin! I wished I would have bought one sooner!

Oh and you can buy Murad at Sephora and Ulta. Boscia and Philosophy also have great cleansers too but for you, I think Murad would work good. But whatever you try, stop using the St. Ives asap!

I've had something similar to that but mine was along my forehead and not as much. I switched to a toner with salicylic acid and I feel like it's improved the area a lot. I use the one by Mary Kay. You may want to switch cleaners too. I personally can't use nuetrogena because I have a reaction to it and it leaves my skin feeling really tight after each use instead of soft. I use Mary Kay's botanical cleanser and moisturizer. I've used it forever now and every time I try something new I just go back to Mary Kay, I use a lot of Mary Kay products! Lol. Of course everyone's skin is different and I'm no expert so I'm not positive if that will help you but it's helped me! I would suggest seeing a dermogologist if changing up your skin care routine does not help.
