What's the best makeup to use for contouring and highlighting, while at the same time affordable?

I highlight with eyeshadow because I only highlight under my brow bone and in my inner corner. But here's something from personal experience don't get something toooo cheap because most likely it won't work as well.

Just use a pale concealer to highlight and a cool toned contour powder or cool toned bronzer

Graftobian all the way! I got a hd creme foundation palette for $22. It comes in tons of color selections, light to dark skin and even color correction shades. I also use the graftobian powder foundation pan for $10. It's so smooth and blendable. I got both from paintandpowdercosmetics.com
