I also have green eyes and I find my eyes look best with deep purple and very warm browns (my favorite is the shade "salted caramel" from the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette).

If you're really trying to get your eyes to have wow factor is go for earthy tones. Some light nudes, a few chocolate Browns, champagnes. And pinks/ purple are all really nice. You can also invest in some of the Almay quads. They're a super cheap drugstore brand but their quads are Done by eye color. So, you look for the quad that has style you want (such as smokey eye or natural) and pick the quad that says its for your color. This way you have go to shadows but it can also help you learn what looks best for your face and your shade of eyes. It also takes some of the guess work out of figuring out what colors usually look good for making your eyes pop; all the work is already done for you!

I believe dark, earthy tones look best with green eyes. Depending on the shade of your eyes, I would mostly avoid light, pastel colors.

I have green eyes and my naked 1 pallete is pretty much my best freind if you look in my profile there is a pic where I'm bald and have a winged liner and I used my naked pallete and my eyes are the one thing people are so awe about

Also with green eyes hair is a biggg factor imo I wear wigs so I've come to learn cool blonde tones totaly wash my green eyes away warm caramel to warm and cool browns and ofcourse black make them stand out.
