Is there stress in your life? I know when it's hot I get stressed very easily, or is this type of climate new to you? That's also something that could be causing this. Try to not stress about your hair and skin, that's just making it worse, I'm sure. Try to stay stress free, use a good conditioning mask, drink lots of water, eat lots of greens, and try to stay cool!

For your hair recommend sulfate free shampoos or cleansing conditioner like herbal essence naked they said it's a dupe for hen. For your face I recommend same thing I told my sister (she called me today to thank me she said it was a miracle) apply the inside part of the aloe vera plant all over your face either in the morning under your moisturizer or at night and leave until the morning.

Hair tends to thin out with age (for some not all) and there are hair growing shampoos you can use (like rogaine) or use something for volume/thickening like living proof - for skin it will depend on your skin type and what issues you are having to specifically target certain things... But a good skincare regimen is always a good start - the basics are cleanser, toner, and moisturizer with SPF all catered to your skin type and then an exfoliant once a week (or more if your skin can handle it) but that is a good place to start.
