I really want to do winged eyeliner but I meed help. any tips you guys can give me to improve my eyeliner skill.

Honestly, winged liner takes so much practice I still Don't even have it all the way do pack but here's two methods the take one is easier tho

I literally locked myself in my room to practice lol but I draw the line on my upper lid first and then draw one from the corner of my eye at the angle that I want and the connect the two then I go in with a really thin brush and fix all of the bumps and even them out

I use method 2 (what Nicole said) it really works well, make sure that your arm is comfortable and on a flat surface so that you have more control.
