Wayne Goss' 'the Collection' for contouring needs and tips?

I want to master contouring and wondered which brushes from the Wayne Goss 'the Collection' would work best for it? I know I need at least two brushes, one for shadowing and one for highlighting, which brush would be best for what purpose? Any contouring tips? What steps do you take (in specific order) when you're contouring? What products do you love to contour? Thanks for helping a newbie out!
