So my prom dress is Royal blue and my eyes are blue green and grey. I want something natural but yet something that will look beautiful and not too much but not too little. I'm going to wear light lipgloss so I wanna concentrate on my eyes thanks :)

Is your jewellry gold or silver? you could create a smokey eye in the colour that matches. I had a navy dress last year and did a silver and shimmery navy smokey eye.
a copper/shimmery brown smokey eye would look really lovely as well! :)

I would suggest brown eyeshadows! I would say don't wear blue eye shadows because that can wash out the blue in your eyes and it may just be too much blue. Go for a darker silver/black or browns smokey eye!
