• running shorts, sport bra, & a light zip up.
• compression leggings, running tank, & sport bra
• spandex & a sport bra
• spandex & a t-shirt
• anything comfy & that you can move in easily, really!
I work out every day, and this is what I usually wear. wear whatever you feel good in. and I shop at nike, under armour, and dicks. but I know marshalls and other stores like that have good ones for a really good price! I just tend to get the "higher end" brands bc I like labels 😁 & that's what I feel comfortable in. the key thing about anything is the way you dress. if you like the way you look, you'll love the task! have fun!

I danced for most of my life, I had to take every class because I was a competitive dancer as well & it really depends on the class. Since I had a lot of my classes back to back I would wear the tights you could roll up to be footless.. I wore a leotard and the tights normally with my Pointe shoes for pointe, then I'd roll them up and put the black tight shorts over my leotard and tights for jazz and lyrical, and for hip hop I'd put on a crop top and baggy sweats rolled up. Pretty much all the girls I danced with competitively did this, since it was easy to switch up for different classes with little time in between & still be in dress code. I always shopped at the boutique connected to my dance studio, and I'd wear some leggings and crop tops from there to work out in as well when I'd go to the gym. I still have a lot of the clothes and still wear some to the gym now but I also buy Nike or Lulu lemon most of the time. Depending on what I'm in the mood to wear I wear tennis shoes, tight short shorts, sports bras, leggings, crop tops or the zip ups and shirts from lulu lemon which I love
