I have gotten 3 sets of acrylic nails applied at three different nail salons kn my area, each time I get them they last about two whole days and then start to lift and pop off. I have also tried applying my own acrylic nails at home with products from the beauty supply store which lasted around a week max. I am not sure why acrylic nails won't last on me but it is very frustrating.

That's very weird! Maybe try gel? It's pretty much the same as acrylic :) I have gels on my nails all the time and even when I knock them extremely hard they still don't come off.. My real nails actually lift up more then the gel does on top.

Sometimes if you nails are really oily it won't hold and are they doing them correctly? some times if not done correctly they can lift.

I would say do some research. Because that's strange that would happen. Definitely look for a "higher" end place, sometimes paying the extra money Is really worth it. I love acrylics👌

Its so confusing because you would think at least one of the three salons would get it right, I'm going to talk to my friend who's going to college for cosmetology and see what she says

I agree with making sure the techniques and stuff are right but maybe you're allergic to the acrylic and your nails are like rejecting them? Idk if its possible but I know that very often, people with the acrylic allergy don't notice because it can be a subtle allergy (it isnt always subtle) and only slightly change nail color. Maybe for you it just doesn't stay on? I would try again anyway
