Someone help me! okay I'm like a huge junkie for colouring and putting all these different relaxers in my hair, I'm half Nigerian and white so I have the coarse curly type of hair. and over time my hair has been getting really really dry & oh did I say, I straighten it too all the time! 😒 I need something good for my hair or a good shampoo and conditioner that's going to give my hair some life! Please help, thanks. Xox

To help the dryness you could do a hair mask with coconut and olive oil or just olive oil if you can't get coconut oil. I love tresseme keratin smooth shampoo and conditioner and I love it. it makes my curly hair so much more manageable

I live in europe so I don't know if you got those products where you live so um I loooove the brand 'john frieda' try 'frizz ease' or 'full repair' // you can try using a hair daily hair oil, I've been using mine since over a month now and my hair got softer and more shiny // the brand herbal essences has good stuff I especially love the 'bee strong' products (+they smell nice) // try hair masks or put coconut oil into your hair, let it there for a while and then shower like usually // if nothing helps - cutting your hair helps a lot and it makes your hair grow faster. Also eating things like olives or chicken help your hair grow better
Hope that helps

But also look into shampoos/conditioners specially designed for curly hair. Also get a good deep conditioner, I use one with argan oil every so often and it works. Try deep conditioning at least once a week for 30 max because you can over moisturize.

I don't know if you're trying to go natural or just get your hair back in shape but I would look into that too.

The hydrate line from pureology. your hair has been thru the ringer, try to be a little more gentle on it. it will only get more dry and damaged. try a hair make and get a good trim.

Hi Aisha, I can't recommend any shampoos for you, but I would strongly recommend buying some heat protectant to use whenever you straighten your hair. This will protect from damage AND will reduce the dryness :)
