The best thing I would do is make sure you have a good lifestyle. make sure to eat healthy, drink a lot of water, exercise, & get enough sleep. you could also just bruise easily

Old scars are hard to fade and will require the help of something stronger than just a natural remedy. Mederma works really well but it does take a long time to see results. Keeping your skin moisturized is also a good idea. I have scars all over my legs from having dermatitis and I use the Aveeno Lotion (the one with the dark blue label not the green one). It keeps me feeling great and it has helped my scars heal. To hide them better you can also try a tanning lotion which will make them less noticeable.

Hi! I was recently involved in an ATV accident and I scraped up my legs really badly, and am left with some nasty scars. My doctor recommended Hydroguard to me, which is like a scar lotion that helps stop itching and helps your scars to resist water damage. Mederma is a long term healing treatment, but if you want more drastic effects you can get scar patches online or at CVS. Hope this helps!!
