I've been using my clarisonic (one with different speeds) and I was using it on low for the first few weeks I was using it and my skin seemed fine so I started using medium and it's way to much on my skin for everyday. My skin is so sore what can I do to help it?

Moisturize and lay off the clarisonic for a while
Then just stay on low from now on since you're going to do it everyday

Keep moisturising and avoid using it until your skin is better.

Stop using the Clarisonic until you skin heals and continue to moisturize. This is exactly why I bought the Mia 1, I didn't see any need to have more than 1 speed.

Okay thanks :) I like the different speeds because I use the high one on my body and has improved my arm pimples like amazingly so definitely glad I got that one. Should I just wash my face with my hands?

Alexis C.
Yeah, just use your hands until your skin has healed and then only use the first speed on your face once you start using the Clarisonic again.

Definitely keep hydrating your skin! :3
I would resort to a good oil like Rosehip oil, or jojoba oil and let that sink in for about 10 minutes then follow up with a good, hydrating mosturizer. Do this after washing your face in the a.m. and after you wash it at 8ish in the p.m.
Don't wear makeup for about 3-4 days and trust me, your skin will repair!
It truly is a pain in the butt but your skin will be rescued c:

Tip: When applying oils, rub them into your skin in circular motion then after letting it sink in for about 8-10 minutes, pat on a mosturizer. Do not rub the mosturizer, just pat it onto your skin :3.

Yay! It's an awesome oil c:
Just don't expect your skin to look great the first day of use, or just maybe, your skin will look amazing after first use o:, but still don't expect it lol
But it will be repaired :3
