I would say Rimmel stay matte as well, I use it in sandstorm and I have the one a shade darker but I don't remember the name right now! Its great, its cheap, its stays all day, gives good coverage and feel nice on the skin :)

Little more expensive than drugstore but I love the Mary Kay mineral foundation. Very light but gives some coverage.
