Water Based Face Primers!?

Silicone based primers break me out and clog my pores, can any of you reccomend a water based primer that works really well?
or your favorite primer, in general? I can always check the ingredient list to see if its water based or not.

I like the smash box primer water, but I also like the new make up for ever step 1 primers they are nice and matte watch is great if you have oily skin
