Following, I have the real techniques buffing brush and it's actually the only one I've ever used. so I'm curious to see what other brushes are recommended

OMG Jackie that Hakuhodo brush is ridiculously gorgeous! What a beautiful piece of art.
I didn't really like any of the real techniques brushes I tried either... They didn't apply or blend out my products well and didn't feel that soft to me compared to other synthetic brushes I own. Glad your having success with yours though Meaghan! :)

Real Techniques aren't my favorite either. I like a few of their eye brushes, but haven't been wowed by the face brushes. I think they were the first brush set I ever bought (maybe 5 years ago). I still have my set. They're my backup brushes for when my go-to brushes are washing and drying
@Jacqueline I wish a perfect universal brush existed! Would have made my search for the perfect brushes easier, but I think my Wayne Goss brushes are as close to perfection as I can get...or should I say afford? lol I'm hyperventilating about your Hakuhodo brush right now :)

Is the Hakuhodo brush angled? Ugh It's so pretty! Did you order it straight from their website? If so, how was the service? What's the delivery time?

I really like the bare mineral's precision face brush! I have yet to try the real techniques brushes, but I really want to, but there so hard to find in store around me!

Def worth investing in. I'll stick this on my list of must have brushes. Thanks for the info.
