I'd say lack of moisture and you're probably using too heavy of a concealer for that area

Probably too much concealer. I use the same concealer and I notice when I have a heavy hand with it, it makes me look cakey. It's already a matte concealer so "cooking" it can make it look even more dry. Try using a finishing spray on your face to take the excess powder away. Hope this helps.

Yeah prob to much concealer I would try blending it out with a wet sponge since that is the only thing I find those good for. and a dewy setting spray for just that area I find the LA concealer very drying so using a dewy spray I think would make it look "normal" lolb.

I saw this somewhere and thought I'd try it as well just for fun being that I usually don't jump on the bandwagon from things seen on YT. This technique is not for me, I got the same results you did. Super powdery, setting into fine lines, stark white undereyes... no thank you. Even my fix + (hydrating spray) didn't help this situation and I am very light handed on concealer, if used at all. If you choose to continue trying this method, good luck :)
