Hi I've recently stopped getting perms and my hair is really damaged idk what to do let alone use!

I'd give you advice, but we have TOTALLY different hair types. Hence, I'm going to send you to the Naturally Curly community. Lots of natural hair girls there that'll be able to recommend specific products and techniques.

try to get a trim first so your hair will grow healthy, ans I also recommend you to use pro naturals moroccan argan oil which will help you to repair your hair and leaves it soft and healthy again.
