So I ordered this dress online from Forever 21, I chose standard shipping which should come in 4-9 days, does anyone have any experience with the F21 shipping, I really need the dress for an event on April 30th. Also what shoes, hair, and makeup should I pair with the dress. Since it is sleeveless I'd also like to wear some type of blazer or even cardigan maybe, what type of blazer of cardi should I wear with it? Thanks in advance!

I would go wedges or nice thonged sandals for shoes. Hair I would do half up half down or an up do to show off the neck design. Makeup, I would go darker on the eyes with a pinky nude lip! :) no cardigan or blazer, personally.

I found shipping was pretty good, my only problem is I bought 4 items and they came in two different packages, one 3-5 days after the first one arrived. But the shipping is true to the time it says it will take! I'm sure you'll have it before your event.
