I would go and see a facialist / skin esthetician, a proper trained facialist can determinr whether its acne or just an infection and extract them for you. It's neither expensive ( a skin routine and trial/error cost a lot more) and you can just focusing on prevention rather than wasting money slathering on all sorts of creams and gels. My last session cost $35 so its not bad at all :)

Kitty is right. I wouldn't be able to properly assess it without seeing it in person and feeling it. However, we only extract blackheads so your skin therapist won't be performing extractions on them but they can definitely assess the problem, use the correct products for the issue and suggest products for homecare.
