Hi ladies. So I'm in the market for new bras and I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for where to buy them, how you normally wash yours, how often you wash them, any other tips you may have. I recently signed up to get one for a 30 day free trial from Third Love, but I was looking for other I
Options in case that didn't work out. Thanks! (:

I just stick mine in the washing machine and I wear them between 1 day to 3 days I think

I'm a size 36 F and I got my bra from Fredrick's of Hollywood. the back strap is super thick for extra support , I highly recommend a bra with thick straps, they're more comfortable for busty women.

My aunt recently got bras at Cacique, which is Lane Bryant's intimate's store (I'm sure you could go to a regular Lane Bryant as well). From what I saw their bras go up to F (:

Most of my bras are from VS. Idk why but I have a lingerie obsession, my friends always joke my lingerie drawers look like the actual store because there's so many & they're all color cordinated lol its a little pathetic but I love it. I'm not sure about sizing but I'd check there or la perla. LA perla can be quite expensive but I do own some sets from there and it really is worth it, most amazing sets I own. Once again though I can't guarantee on the sizes so I'd check first before going to the store

Oh and for washing, if I really want to wear a certain bra soon I'll wash it on delicate in a lingerie bag, they're about 3 to 5$ at Walmart or any store like that. Never wash a bra without one it'll ruin it, and don't put it in the dryer. Otherwise, since I have so many I usually just wait and take it to the cleaners. When a bra is close to 100$ (Victorias secret) or 250$ plus (la perla) it's not worth the risk to ruin it.. I've ruined many bras' under wire and detailing in the wash. for some of my favorites that I wear often I'll wear twice before washing them, depending on my activity those days, otherwise I just wait and take them in after I have enough to make it worth it. I've never heard of Third Love, I may have to look it up, is it a monthly subscription that sends lingerie? I've always wanted to try one even though Lord knows I don't need any more lol

I highly recommend to NOT go to Victoria's Secret for bras , especially if you're big breasted. they're bras are cheaply made & their sizes never ever seem to be accurate

I agree with Sabrina, even though I'm small chested I still have trouble finding bras in the correct size at Victoria's Secret. I'd rather go somewhere else and get bras in the correct size then waste time trying on the same bra in 3 different sizes to figure out which ones fit. They don't measure correctly there either.

I have the same cup size :) so I feel your pain! Let's see I get cheap but cute bras from a website called smart and sexy - really great for those bras you want to show off for your man - but for more practical every day bras - I shop on Amazon for cheaper bras or lane Bryant for more expensive bras - both make good quality bras that usually last be about a year... But since I don't wash mine in a special way they usually end up breaking after a year - but Amazon has garment bags/cages for bras that would probably help to keep them from breaking.

Oh and for UK I recently discovered curvy Kate - great brand that specializes in D+ cup sizes :) whereas VS doesn't sell anything beyond a DD cup.

I have the same cup size and I haven't been able to find anything that fits and looks cute. But I recently found this site called figleaves.com that not only sells a number of cup sizes, they don't sell old lady beige bras like most stores that carry large cup sizes. My order came in today and everything fit wonderfully. I would check it out.

I buy mine at Macy's, typically on clearance. or I go to a local lingerie shop.

I buy most of my bras from Bras n Things, they have a great range for the bigger bust :) I just throw my bras in the wash with everything else, and wash them after about 2/3 wears. :)

Can I just say that I love this thread... It's so hard to find bras especially cute ones for the busty girls so I just wanna say thanks to everyone for these tips and I'm definitely going to check out some of these places too :)

Right Diana! I finally gave up and asked for help. I can never find cute age appropriate bras for my size.
For you ladies who hand wash your bras, how exactly do you do this?
