What's a good moisturizer/primer/foundation for dry flaky skin? Right now I have the Clinique dramatically different moisturizer and smashbox photo finish light primer. I use Lancôme 24hr foundation but it leaves patches where my skin is dry and the color flakes up. Any recommendations on what I can do or use to fix this?

Exfoliation is key when you have dry skin. Exfoliate twice a week with sugar, honey and lemon. Use an organic cream and use a treatment oil in the evening. When cleansing use a splash of water in the morning followed by wiping the skin with pads soaked in rose water. In the evening cleanse with coconut oil. Massage a dab into the skin and remove residue with warm damp flannel. You'll see a difference after two days!
