Yes its possible :) you just need to keep it separate while it processes more so than with lighter added to darker.

Karly, your hair looks pretty dark to begin with, adding black may not make much of a difference. if you do, I wouldn't recomend balayage. balayage is great for adding in natural blonde, but black may not look right. I would recomend fine, heavy weaved lowlights all through out the hair. that would give more of a natural, blended, over all darker appearence.

Yup! Just ask them for a bayalage but instead of bleaching your hair, ask them to use black so its darker :) I'm sure they'll understand what you mean!
