The title pretty much says it all. I want to know how I can do barrel curls with my curling iron without the line that the clip leaves. Thanks :)

Make sure you're not holding your hair over the clip, that's how it leaves a dent.

My hair isn't over the clip. You have to hold it a certain way, the way that's opposite from the clip do it doesn't leave a dent.

Make sure the very tip of the hair is under the clip, don't leave any sticking out, it makes a dent

When you curl it, "tap" the clamp, as you're rolling the hair up!
