Senior prom is soon and I have a dress but no makeup yet, I have blue eyes and brown-ish hair with blonde highlights. I can do either easy or hard style.

I'm not an expert on makeup or anything, but I would suggest foundation (well, that was kinda obvious.), tannish-brown shimmery eyeshadow, some mascara, retro looking eyeliner, a little blush and your favorite lipstick. something kinda natural, yet dressy.

I agree, go with a pinkish nude lips, smokey brown eye, and highlight the corners and brow bone! I would have the focus on the eyes!

For your hair I would suggest a braided bun with a few curled strands of hair in the front hanging down ( beautiful dress by the way😍)
