When it comes to eyeshadow, which do you prefer?
I prefer singles, as in, customizable kind of thing with the palettes. I've been having a change of heart, and buying some more palettes.

Eye shadows are my number one problem area soooo it doesn't exactly matter. D: Singles, palettes, doesn't matter to me! I love everything.

I do have considerably more palettes though. I have a lot of singles for my kit though.

I'm such a sucker for palettes! I love the variation of colors, the look of them together, the packaging mmmm I love it all!!

Definitely palettes. I have like 6 single shadows, and they're mostly limited edition Mac shadows and tons of palettes. I feel you get more for your money. Though there's rarely a palette where I use every color. But they're so pretty and you get the colors you know you'll never use but you always have that option lol.

I like singles... and then depotting them into my own personal palette! That way I'm sure I like all of the colors, whereas in palettes there's bound to be one shade I'm not crazy about... plus this hasn't happened to me yet, but I can only imagine having a palette and using the same two shades all the time and hitting pan only on those! Sounds like a nightmare!
But I've got plenty of palettes too, don't get me wrong! And I love each and every one of those babies :)

I love palettes! In Australia single shadows are pretty expensive from most brands so palettes tend to seem like a better deal :)

It depends for me. If a palette has really cool, unique colors or ones I generally like for a good price, I'd get that or if I need a certain range of colors, but if its a specific eyeshadow like carbon by mac, I'll just buy it seperately, also its so much easier to carry around palettes and use the colors for looks especially if its a trio or quad!

I love pallets but the best thing to do that is coming to my head is to get a z pallet and buy singles to create your own pallet , that way you only have colors you know you love and will use (best of both)

I love pallets, but I do have a few singles. It just depends on the variety of colors in each.

I personally don't mind using single eye shadows but if I had to choose one, I would pick palettes. They just seem a bit more travel friendly :)
