Yeah my cousin has nipple rings and her belly ring while pregnant - just wear a silicone one (which I think is what the maternity one is) to give it some wiggle room - congrats btw :)

Okay. Honestly yes and no. If you start to feel it is tight or something take it out. I wore mine with my first pregnancy and took it out this round because my daughter keeps grabbing it when she goes to kiss the baby. Do not wear a silicone or rubber or plastic ring. They are made of porous materials and can absorb bacteria and stuff. Even with hydrogen peroxide it doesn't remove all of the crap. Just so you know.

I'd try out the silicone pregnancy belly rings, but if you notice it getting too tight against your skin I'd take it out just to be safe :)

If you get one specialized for pregnancy then sure. If your body doesn't act well to it just take it out.
