I think really anything would look great. Maybe if you want to show it off no long sleeves or it would look really good in a simple casual look.

I'd wear that with anything! :) I feel like its one of those pieces that are really neutral/simple so they'd look good with any cute outfit imo :)

I think some good key pieces though are flats, skinny jeans, cardigans (maybe roll them up so you can see it better) cute flowy shirts, but anything really! :)
