Ericka, perhaps you will have to embrace this feature? when I was young I always thought my legs were fat. one day I was getting ready and was kind of squated picking something up and realised my legs are fat they are muscular and beautiful. I have done ballet for 23 years now and never got the uber lean body most ballerinas get, but I am short And I am.curvy and muscular and I love it. once you can see that you dont need to be doing anything just embrace what god/ your momma gave you and love your features, if your confident in yourself thats all that matters.

Place a child's play ball between your knees and squeeze your knees together repeat several times. There is also a great strengthening exercise for your outer thighs. Laying down take and bend your leg underneath.(like if you were kneeling and slowly laid down that way. Bounce your leg ,you should feel the muscle starting to pull start out with five then build up to twenty- five.

It depends actually. Are you sure they're fat or very muscular. Either way you want to use weights and then do ballet barre stretches right afterwards to help lengthen the muscles to prevent bulk up. Building muscle burns fat. Stretching ensures the best read (leanest looking) distribution of muscle fibers along the muscle line. It also prevents injury and disease Keep us posted!!
